Zero Waste Week 2018 runs from 3rd-7th September and I’m really proud to be a Zero Waste Week ambassador for the third year in a row. If you’d like to join us and millions of others in the UK and around the world, you can sign up here.
Every year has a different theme and this year it’s plastic waste. Over the course of the week, there will be a different focus and challenge each day to help you find new ways to reduce your plastic waste in your own life. I’ll be sharing blog posts during Zero Waste Week, some written specially for the week, in line with the daily topic.
There will be lots of other bloggers and businesses involved, sharing tips, running competitions and there’s even a Zero Waste Week event in Shoreditch if you’re close enough to attend. It’s a bit far away for us northerners, but I’m sure the more southerly zero waste enthusiasts would love to see you.
So, watch out for the blog posts and other social media updates. You can keep up with it all by giving my Facebook page a ‘like’ (link on the right >) or following me on Twitter (again, link on the right >). You can also follow the hashtag #ZeroWasteWeek and use it yourselves to share how you’re joining in. See you there!
Thanks for sharing Helen – so glad to have you blogging again. Can’t wait to see what you get up to! x
